Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Assessment

Add Years and Yards to Your Game

Every good swing starts with how well your body moves. A TPI movement assessment at Lab Fit shows you exactly what is limiting your game, so you can play longer, stay healthier, and get more out of every round.

Meet Your Movement Caddy

We don't fix your swing.
We free up the body that swings it.

Think of us as a caddy for your body. A good caddy does not rebuild your swing. They read the course, hand you the right club, and set you up to play your best. Lab Fit does that for your movement. We look at how your body rotates, bends, and stabilizes, then address the physical limits that quietly cost you distance, consistency, and healthy rounds.

When your body can finally do what your swing is asking of it, every lesson holds up better and every rep on the range counts for more. That is where your coach and your practice time start to pay off.

Let's be clear We are not swing coaches, and we do not compete with your instructor. We are a physical therapy practice that specializes in the body's role in the golf swing. Keep your coach. We make sure your body can do what they are teaching you.
The TPI Assessment

One assessment. Three ways your game gets better.

A thorough, one-on-one movement screen built on the Titleist Performance Institute system, the same body and swing framework used on the biggest tours in golf.

See What's Holding You Back

We pinpoint the mobility and stability gaps limiting your rotation and power, then build a plan to open them up, so the swing you are working on becomes physically possible.

Prevent Nagging Injuries

Back, hips, shoulders, elbows. Most golf pain traces back to how the body moves. We address the root cause so those nagging issues stop stealing your season.

Add Years and Yards

Better sequencing and efficiency means more clubhead speed now, and a body that keeps you playing the game you love for years to come.
